I promised a while ago...

To post my progress. Well As of today I have lost 5lbs. Leaving me 25lbs to go. So I'm doing average I would say. I think I need to up my work out a bit. As in doing it mor often. ^^;; I've been slacking off a bit.

Well I so hope everyone else is doing well.

yeah, what I found really helpful was starting small, like worknig out twice a week. And then once I got used to that and I didn't give it a second though and it was a solid habit. I added another day. and then another. and as long as you're doing some sort of exercise for about 30 minutes 3-4 times a week you're good to go :-). Right now I'm working out 6 times a week weight training AND Cardio, and it's not a chore, I actually look FORWARD to working out!

funny thing is. I'm going to be moving in February. I'm hoping afterwards to save up and buy a PS2 and a DDR pack ^^;;
